Refund policy


At Yubama, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging.

The jewelry must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way.

The jewelry must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for customized or personalized jewelry, unless there is a defect or error on our part. We also do not offer refunds for shipping fees.
