30 days return/exchange policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

YUBAMAJEWELRY online shop sells based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also, we have a QA team to test the products you ordered are working properly before we pack them and send them to you. It is therefore essential that you have viewed all of the jewels described in detail on our website before placing your order.

To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have received and inspected your return, we will send an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return service procedure

To request a return, please contact customer service. A representative will contact you via email with instructions. If you need help, please email us If it is a quality issue, please provide the order number and attach clear photos of the items that are the problem.

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with the returned item.
The returned item must be kept in the original condition in which you received it.

YUBAMAJEWELRY will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packages and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from your refund amount where applicable. In the event that the returned item does not meet the above return guidelines,
YUBAMAJEWELRY has the right to refuse the return and ship the item back to the customers.


Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You are responsible for paying these fees and we cannot waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Post your return or exchange

Please keep proof of your postage in case your package is lost in transit. We recommend choosing a tracked service.
