🛡️ The 90-Day Real-Life Test
Your first 90 days — full protection
Wear your YUBAMA jewelry every day. Shower in it. Swim in it. Sleep in it. If the color changes, fades, or anything breaks within 90 days — you choose: full refund or any replacement from our store.
Refund or replacement
✓ Worn jewelry accepted
✓ No return needed
🔒 The 10-Year Color Promise
After 90 days — up to 10 years of coverage
Every YUBAMA piece is coated with 18K gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) — a military-grade process that bonds color directly to the 316L surgical steel. If the color fades or changes from normal daily wear — even years later — we send you a replacement.
Any replacement from our store
No refund after 90 days
✓ No return needed
💬 Why 10 years — not "lifetime"?
Most jewelry brands promise a "lifetime warranty" — but read the fine print. You will find exclusions for "normal wear," "sole discretion" clauses that let them deny your claim, and requirements to ship the product back at your cost before they even look at it.
We give you a specific number. 10 years. A short video. A replacement shipped — or a full refund within 90 days. No fine print. No "sole discretion." No return required.

⚙️ Two-tier guarantee
Metal — Lifetime
316L surgical steel never rusts, never tarnishes. Under any conditions. That is not a marketing claim — it is the nature of the material.
Color — 10 years
If your 18K gold PVD coating fades or changes within 10 years, we send a free replacement. You choose any piece from our store.
